Work well if you heat the 1/4" tubing
They work really well but the 1/4" inch line is near impossible to install if you don't heat it. I also had one of the barbs break off while installing. Given the price point, I'm happy with them.

Nice spray adjustment, 1/4” tubing hard to slip on
These emitters perform well after installation. The only issue I have with them is that the barb, where the 1/4” tubing attaches to, is a bit too big. This makes it hard to slide the 1/4” tubing onto it. I had to gently heat the tubing so it would soften and more easily slide on to the barb.

Good quality at a great price
These were not too pricey and therefore was not expecting too much. I was happily surprised by the quality.

Barbs are too big for 1/4" drip line
The fan emitters work very well, BUT plan to spend a lot of time getting your 1/4' drip hose on these and also getting them to stay. The pic attached shows a standard 1/4" drip line barb (red one) compared to these barbs (black). Someone mentioned heating them up to get it on, but this doesn't work well if you are replacing emitters on old tubing that has hardened in the sun. I did some measuring, and drip hose is actually 1/4" outside diameter- not inside. The barb on these actually measures 1/4" diameter (all of my standard barbs for 1/4" tubing are 3/16" diameter) and therein lies the problem. Won't order again.

Very hard to work with.
Very hard to work with. Oversize inlet makes very difficult to insert irrigation tube (¼ in).

These do not fit 1/4” drip lines
I have returned this item. Although the seller represents these will fit 1/4” drip lines, they do not. The design flaw does not allow the emitters to be inserted easily or stay connected.
