The powder is so fine that it doesn't mix well, it gets clumpy. How can you make a perfect even solution of this and milk or water?

I use one of those bottle that have a ball in it so you when you shake/mix ur drink, it will help with the powder from getting clumpy. I drink mine with coconut milk but any milk will work.

The label has a typo. If the fat calories are about 25 calories, then it has about 2 - 3 gms of fat per serving. If you use per gm fat ~9 calories, carb and protein ~4 calories then the total adds up to the 480 calories.

Would you please give the mixing instructions in English?

You can mix in water or milk. You can shake it up, but I find it best to use a blender so that there are not chunky pieces.
