I have mixed feelings about this product. I bought it to help burn more fat as part of my goal to lose 30 kg, and I heard that L-Carnitine could be helpful. At first, I was only taking one pill before training, but after doing some research, I found out I might need two pills (1,000 mg) per day for full benefits. Now I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon before training. It does seem to give me a bit of energy, but I’m not sure if it’s a noticeable difference yet. I’ll keep using it and hope to see more results over time.

I still can not see results since I started taking this.

I have a syrinx in my spinal cord muscle spasms in my neck and back, bulging discs, as well as a chiari malformation and this thing works so well. I had Gemini create a supplement combination for me, it recommended L Cartinine and it worked immediately on an empty stomach, no issues. It literally felt like my cells were depleted of working to support my brain injury/sagging and fighting to combat swelling in spinal cord tissue and this felt so relieving, to be honest sometimes I felt so exhausted in my body it’s different from just feeling tired I wondered if I was going to be ok. Taking this was like a giving my muscle fibers and mitochondria an energy boost, and reduced some of the pain but I take GoldenDewDrops for the pain and this thing is a miracle I kid you not, I put it on the area of my skull where the brain is coming out and I feel ALL my muscles drop and it reduces the pain that goes down to the tailbone and sometimes extends into my arms and legs, that oil is a nature’s miracle no chemicals just a wonderful product I get the max strength at $100 and it is amazing!! Anyway I do not go a day without taking L cartinine and The GoldenDewDrops pain relief oil. (Out of all my supplements L Cartinine, Lipoic Acid, Citicoline, Omega 3 DHA EPA the only one I noticed a different with is L Cartinine)

Uso Acetil L-Carnitina al mattino per migliorare energia mentale e concentrazione. Dopo una settimana ho notato più lucidità e meno affaticamento. Nessun effetto collaterale. Ottima qualità, facile da assumere. Ideale in periodi di stress o stanchezza mentale.

Good product. After receiving brain damage from a vehicle wreck, this was suggested to help the brain rebuild. I can not go through a day without a morning dose (1 pill). Without it the brain simply doesn't function correctly. I do take it in evening/night too, and I did try higher dose in evening. Not recommended. Stepping over the 500mg per pill twice a day, gives headaches. Otherwise it's a great product!
