Does what it promises...
It does remove the strange unpleasant body odor on the skin and hair, but it does leave my hair dry and a little coarse. But it makes skin feel smooth. I have also noticed that the old lady 'bumps' on my scalp are diminished !! I am trying to find a nonenal controlling hair conditioner without luck. Costly, but the lather is abundant and rich, so you do not have to use much.

Definitely works
I just turned 62 and I can smell the old people smell on myself. I smell it when I’m walking through a room or maybe turn my head. It’s definitely there. I used this today and will say it does get rid of the smell. I use it as both a shampoo and body wash. I have long hair, so I use a leave in conditioner on the very ends. When I shampooed, I left the shampoo on my hair for a minute before I rinsed. It lathers well and you need just a bit, maybe a dime sized amount. The scent is not great. People say it smells like an orange creamsicle and it kinda does but with an undertone of baby powder. It smells like a vintage-y type scent. Kinda like the original Baby Magic scent if you know what that smells like. Not awful, but sensitive noses may not tolerate it. Works well as a body wash. Rinses fairly easily but it is a bit drying. I may have used too much as it lathers pretty well. I’m definitely going to repurchase. EDIT: unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to this and had to return. It really does work though so I’m sad.

Effective, nice smelling, worth the price
Bought this proactively when I hit 65 after having had occasion to stand next to an older couple who would have benefited from it. The “old person smell” creeps up on us without our noticing, and I wanted to avoid it if possible. I bought the right nonenal bar soaps to address it and decided to try this as well. I use this as body shampoo and find it easier to use than the bars, as I fully wet a body scrubber and put a teaspoonful on it, then agitate the scrubber to create a lather. Label states it is a hair shampoo as well but the SULFATES in this are not good for tinted hair. I find the fragrance pleasing. It really lathers up, so it doesn’t take much to wash the body. I still do not smell my age, according to my very frank son, so I believe it is working.

Nice smell!
I have stood behind old guys in line and wondered about "that smell"? My girlfriend calls it "sunshine" but whatever it is, it is beyond B.O. When I smelled it in me last year, I freaked. After reading some medical articles, I called a colleague of mine who specializes in "old people" and asked. He confirmed that as we age, we begin to give off a smell that identifies with our reduced activity level. I started to think of it as early decay. Something akin to Mother Nature letting us know that we are getting to that point where we have outlived our usefulness. I for one will not accept that. And since I still want to be active, and appealing to the fairer sex, I choose to do something about it. The research supports what this stuff claims. It puts that "stinky old man" smell away. Now, if I can just look thirty years younger, and have a bank account that makes up for my age, perhaps I might find a reason to go to bed early that doesn't mean that I am in need of a nap. Smells good. No old man stink anymore. Girlfriend likes it. WARNING: THIS WILL NOT ERASE THIRTY YEARS OFF YOUR BODY. IT WILL, HOWEVER; ERASE THAT ILD MAN STINK! GET SOME! Dr. T
