These bamboo liners stop Bao buns from sticking to the bamboo steamer. No more cutting parchment paper for the buns to sit on. Easy removal. I wasnt sure these would work...but they are excellent. I have a 9 inch steamer so I bought 10 inch liners so the liner could edge the sides of the steamer. Great product.

Works as advertised. Food- including sticky food like dumplings or proteins - do not stick while steaming - so one can use less oil if so desired. Price seems high for what is offered- but I guess it’s because these are imported and there is no domestic replacements easily available.
