Not a great product in terms of Durability and Quality.
Hi, I bought Chiptronex RGB Keyboard and Mouse. Within 3 months, the mouse stopped working, and within 4 months, a few keys of the keyboard stopped working. The RGB lights on the keyboard are not bright enough. It's hardly visible if the room lights are on. Chiptronex doesn't have any product service facility in Delhi. I had to courier the products to Chennai which cost me 450 personal money. Then I had to wait for more than 2 months to get the repaired product, which worked only for another 2 months and stopped working again. Frustrated customer and what a waste of money to spend on Chiptronex products. Oh I forgot they are not Gigabyte. Chiptronex is a cheap Chinese product.
