I dont think it says on the board. but if it is made in USA dont use it, frame it and hang it on the wall because it is rare item.

Q: Could this be easily cut in half? Only need it to cut cheese and salami while backpacking, for lunches.

It’s very small already but you could cut it in half along the seem. It won’t take up any less room in your pack though.

Q: Can you store stuff in it when closed?

Other than a recipe card, not really. I just slide it into a pocket on my pack or in my cook kit with a rubber band around it.
