I installed this on my motorcycle and they work fine **Q: Do these work for low and high beam?** A: I'm not sure if I am answering what you are actually asking. I have two vehicles using these ballasts. One has a two light system and uses hi-lo HID bulbs controlled by a relay that changes the position of the bulb in relation to the reflector to give a high beam and a low beam. This system works reasonably well. The other vehicle has a four light system and I use this on the low beams only.
