Cheap, reliable USB hub that DOESN'T fry your m1 macbook
When I switched from Windows to Mac, one of my biggest annoyances was the sheer lack of ports. So, I set out to buy an inexpensive USB hub.Initially, from reading around the internet, I was worried that many of these cheap USB hubs were low quality ones that would immediately fry your macbook when plugged in because of an issue with the passthrough usb-c charging. However, the reviews on this one seemed promising, and I decided to give it a shot. Lo and behold, it worked perfectly and thankfully did NOT fry my macbook.Now, I have so many more ports on my macbook, and I've been using this hub to connect an external monitor and keyboard, as well as occasionally to transfer pictures from my camera using the SD card slot. I would definitely recommend this USB hub as a reliable, inexpensive alternative to some of the more pricey ones.However, there are some minor annoyances that you should be aware of:- The USB 3 ports are upside down, so you will have to plug your devices in differently than you're used to, this does not affect functionality at all, just orientation of the cable- The light on the hub stays on even when the mac is put to sleep- It's kind of difficult to plug/unplug the hub initially, but after a few times, it becomes easier.

Better then expected!
It came earlier then expected and matches my laptop colour which was one of my criteria when purchasing a dongle . It has a blue LED light - surprise! Very lightweight and portable . All ports are working fine .Love the design and would recommend !

Nearly perfect colour match, excellent
I purchased this so I could use my printer on my new Apple laptop which does not have a suitable USB port???!Anyway it plugs into the side of my laptop snuggly, rose gold is a very close colour match so was very happy with that and works really well, I do worry about knocking it off but so far all good, so would I recommend? Yes 100%

Cumple con todas sus funcioner, pero...
Ya pasados unos meses, hemos probado ya todos lospuertos que trae y todos funcionan a la perfección. El color y su solidez son ideales para trabajar. Sin embargo, el único pero que tiene es que; a los dos puertos que se conecta, el contacto debe ser total y como nuestra max le compramos un case que le cubre casi todo el exerior salvo por los agujeros de los puertos, esto conlleva a tener que quitar el case de la parte inferior de la mac cada vez que queremos usar este adaptador.
