Has anyone done tests on it to make sure it's really aloe vera juice? This tastes SO MUCH like water!

Decolorized and purified aloe vera still has the same health benefits as the other ones. The only thing it doesn't have is a strong laxative property.

Is this is Aloe Vera juice? Why in the description it’s describing a protein drink?

It is pure water from the aloe Vera plant - no juice, no sweetener - just aloe Vera water from inside the leaves.

Is there carcinogens in this product?

The only ingredient is aloe vera juice. No chemicals added according to the label. However, recently, aloe vera whole leaf extract showed clear evidence of carcinogenic activity in rats, and was classified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer as a possible human carcinogen (Group 2B). This product is NOT whole leaf extract. According to an article from the National Institutes of Health, products like George’s are a totally different category that does not appear to be carcinogenic. For what it’s worth, I’m a cancer survivor and I use George’s.
