Review: Best cutting board out there. - Love these cutting boards - dishwasher safe (for real), just by far the best cutting boards I've ever had. I used the Epicurean Board Butter (totally worth it) - and if you're just chopping veggies, you can just rinse the board under running water when done. If I cut raw fish or meat, I will put it in the dishwasher. I have several sizes (large to small) and use them all, all of the time. I've used bamboo, plastic, and glass cutting boards - this is by far my absolute favorite. Don't let the cheaper knock-offs fool you - not even close to the same.

Love these cutting boards - dishwasher safe (for real), just by far the best cutting boards I've ever had. I used the Epicurean Board Butter (totally worth it) - and if you're just chopping veggies, you can just rinse the board under running water when done. If I cut raw fish or meat, I will put it in the dishwasher. I have several sizes (large to small) and use them all, all of the time. I've used bamboo, plastic, and glass cutting boards - this is by far my absolute favorite. Don't let the cheaper knock-offs fool you - not even close to the same.
