Great product
These are great, I've always had trouble getting all of my veggies in, fruit is easy but veggies not so much so was really looking forward to trying these. I'm just over a week into them now and I can see a difference, I have more energy, my skin is great, I have more colour to my complexion, will continue to take them (definitely better to take 2 a day rather than 1) EDIT: Just wanted to update as i've been taken these for 3-4 weeks now, honestly they are amazing, I cannot recommend enough. I have much more energy, my skin feels great and the best thing for me is that my digestive system is working wonders!! Have always had trouble but these really help you to stay regular

A truly wonderful supplement
I've tried all manner of vitamins and minerals over the years to help improve my diet and just feel healthier and none have had the same positive effect as the Natures Aid Superfood. I honestly feel healthier, I have more energy and I feel brighter and more alert. My diet overall is pretty good, I always try to eat healthy but I do on occasion have days where my diet could be better. I never have an issue with eating fruit but vegetables are what I don't get enough of, hence I now take the Natures Aid Superfood supplement. I absolutely recommend these to anyone, I'm so impressed I've recently subscribed to a monthly subscription.

Great for energy burst!
Good value for money I bought these at the time when they were ยฃ9.99 ; and the 2xtablets are easy to swallow with glass of water. And great energy afterwards and increase in body temperature when I took them after dinner!! and I couldn't sleep! !!! Hence, subsequently had scary dreams when I took them late at night!brain was very active!!! So this week i will be taking them during the day, after breakfast ,see how it will go
