MY FAVORITE HIGH FIBER CEREAL!
Does wonders for my intestines, with NO added sugars (100% the reason I buy this cereal vs. other "high fiber" options). I eat this with unsweetened oatmeal milk & fresh fruit for a nutritious balanced breakfast. Only reason I bought online this time is because there was a temporary shortage in stores and I could not go (literally) without it!

It has no sugar added but you could add blueberries or strawberries for flavor.

Nice but pricey
This cereal is getting so hard to find in grocery stores so glad I found it on Amazon. Only complaint is that they are very pricey.

Why so expensive
