I realized this was a "beginner" kit, but loved the design and for the price figured I had nothing to lose. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Aida cloth finished along the edges so it doesn't fray, and the cotton floss is high quality...it feeIs silky. A color chart is included, as are 2 needles. Although I don't need the instructions, they are clearly written and easy to follow for a beginner. I may have to set aside the Santa cross-stitch I'm working on and and start this one.
