Very Nice and solid and works quite well......
The product is well built and easy to assemble. There was only a single issue. One of the rounded bolts to secure the reel to the aluminum base was not included. Will attempt to contact support to send me the bolt. Will update this review accordingly.

terrible packaging, no instructions
Product arrived in broken box and mismatched packaging. No assembly instructions. Parts strewn throughout the box.

Missing parts
The mounting hardware was just loosely thrown in the bottom of the box. I was short one flat washer and one nut.
