I've gotten several compliments on how beautiful this knife is, and when I tell them how reasonable the price is they are surprised.So far I've only gotten to slice watermelon with it, but it did a great job going through the rind and the size makes it easy to cut all the way through in one slice vs sawing back and forth.

The Tuo products have been extremely sharp and well made. They seem to hold an edge well and allow me to cut whatever I’m working on with little effort. I’ve been a professional meat cutter for 30 plus year and I really like these knives. I have several and I’ve actually sent one as a gift. My friend was so pleased he kept using the box it came in to store it so no one else would touch it.I’ll be buying more of this brand in the future.

Knife work great when I got to finally used it. My problem was shipping. When I received it the outer box was damaged. Then open it, the knife was lose and bouncing around. No safety tip on it. I don't even know how the knife got out of its box. Then the foam top got back in the little box a sealed again. Also how the knife even stayed in the big box with all the wholes in the outer box.

All I can say is be careful. Sharp as heck. Great for cutting cabbage in half.

This worked excellently for cutting my brisket after smoking for 12-14 hours.

I love this knife. I use it for trimming meat and slicing. I like the curved blade too.

No dislikes, It's what I expected in quality very good. I Love it.

Beautiful craftsmanship

Great size - 8". I thought it is smaller, but still okay. I originally purchased a longer one 14" from the same brand. However, that is really for butcher to use. Not for a family kitchen.Love it so far!

I had a real crush on those knives. As fast as i received them i installed them on my work area. I am not a phographer but pictures are there !

This was packed so poorly. I had a cold 14 inch blade come tumbling out of the box when i opened it. It looked like the knife was missing or stolen. But then it fell out....It grazed my arm, no cut, but it terrified me to say the least
