She said the Phillips Sonicare is good too, but the circular motion of the Oral B mimics the tools they use at the dentistry, so I went with this one. I’m already a few uses in and I’m blown away at the results. My teeth feel remarkably CLEANER. Like, as though I was able to get down to every nook and cranny in one seamless application. For a small mouth, I need a round head.** A: There are 5 or 6 Braun head types for these handles. The "precision clean" is the smallest and is completely round. The others are all slightly oval in shape and they are the 3d white, cross action, floss action dual clean, and clean sweep. I think that the whole list. Just search on amazon for Oral-B Pro 1000 replacement heads and you'll see them all. They all fit all the different handles - as long as you do not have a "sonic" type handle. I like the precision clean, 3d-white and floss action the best and have all three in the drawer. **Q: Is this brush supposed to automatically turn off after 2 minutes of use?** A: It does not. Every 30 seconds it vibrates to let you know you can move to a different part of your mouth. When it reaches 2 minutes it vibrates for a longer period to let you know it's reached its 2 minute mark but continues to run just in case you don't feel like you've done enough. **Q: Has anyone had issues with the timer not working on this toothbrush? I have bought 2 and the toothbrush will not turn it self off.** A: Mine does not turn it self off, it pauses 4 times (4 regions of the mouth) then stutters the 5th time a couple times and keeps going.
