I have tried a lot of pre workouts but this Is the only one I use now. Great taste

I take this before workouts and it gives me the energy and focus to push harder and longer. I feel it's the right amount of ingredients to kick in fast and give sustained energy without a jittery feeling, too much sweat or crashes. Just watch the flavor you pick because for some reason some flavors are significantly cheaper for the same product.

Great taste, and it works like its advertised.

Good energy boost for workouts. Mixes well and tastes good. Helps me stay focused during training. Would buy again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

I've tried a handful of these now, this flavor is definitely it. The iced tea one is disgusting- stay clear. This is a great pre-workout in my opinion, I cycle it with a variety of other products and I definitely think it is my favorite. Super cheap too.

Good stuff

It works pretty good, and helps to keep em going in my workouts, but the taste of the fruit punch is god awful. It smells like fruit punch, but has a seriously bitter taste. It's not out of date, or anything, just super bitter, and not really appetizing. The lemonade is the same, but it kind of works with it, as it's more like you blended up several whole lemons and soaked the pulp in water. Regarding the effects, I don't get any jitters, and it will last for a couple of hours; I typically lift weights for an hour and a half to two hours, and I feel energy through out, and for a little while afterwards . The mixing is... Mixed. I do add more water to the mix, putting a ratio of 24oz of water to one scoop, and it never seems to actually fully mix, even then.

It reminds me of a current day version of the old jack3d when that rocked everyone's world because of the sheer crazy intense energy rush that came with it. It goes down easy & really kicks you in the head to get it up & get it going! Anyone looking to try a good pre workout that taste good & represents what a preworkout is all about, skip the C4 and grab the Madness.

Un pre-entreno excelente que si da ese plus para los entrenamientos de fuerza, me hice fan de este producto y no sera el unico que compre en cuanto se acabe Lo bueno : - Se disuelve muy facil y el sabor 10/10 - El boost es magnifico No he encontrado ningun aspecto negativo , solo recomiendo no ingerirlo de noche porque a veces no te deja dormir .

Best preworkut for those looking for a bit more of a kick from their pre, always take this on leg days where i need a bit more energy to get through sets and its been a pleasure. The energy feels clean, and although the taste could be a bit better, its still very bearable. Wouldnt recommend to daily this one as its dosage of caffeine is a bit high, but overall good for what I'm using it for

As I have never used pre workout before (I'm new to training), I used the recommended half dosage at the beginning. It really kicks your a**.. as in, you feel the energy surging through you almost immediately. This supplement will give you pins and needles tingling in your face and hands though, although I've read that it is normal with this specific pre workout. So.. 10/10 from me! Flavor wise too! Tastes exactly like fruit punch and it isn't chalky or gross. :)

Good pre workout for the price. Decent workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. No crash afterwards. Will order again.

I've tried 50+ preworkout's over the years. This is the only one I buy now. Mainly because of the caffeine content - it's never given me a brutal crash like other high-dosed caffeine preworkout's come with. It tastes alright, blue raspberry is the best but I'm not fussed about taste, I'm interested in how it improves my performance. You only need one scoop. Everything else in this preworkout is under dosed, which isn't as bad as you would think because it gives you the freedom to add your own supplements to it arginine/creatine/alanine etc etc to create your own preworkout stack. The only thing I don't like is that the price has increased from £13-£15 back when i bought it over a year ago to £20-£25 now.
