Love this chair. Arrived earlier than expected. Easy to assemble. Took me about 15 minutes including unboxing. Super comfortable. 2 levels of vibration and able to select while body massage or just certain areas. Heat is ok. Would like for it to be a little more but good enough as is. Also the vibration and heat time out after about 5-10 minutes which I wish you could set but not that big of a deal to turn it back on. Reclines easily and closes pretty easy as well. Love the side pockets and didn't even realize it had pockets on the front of each arm also. Rocks and swivels nicely. The fabric seems very sturdy. Time will tell on that. All in all very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

I really like the chair with the exception of how it closes. I am very short (4' 9") and I picked this chair because reviewers indicated it was good for short people. My feet do not reach the floor when I sit in it but that is not unsual. I am reclined most of the time. The problem is when I try to close the recliner the rocking part of the chair takes over and it rocks back making it very difficult for me to close. I have to get out of the chair and push the leg protion down. That being said, it is very comfortable and I love the heating protion and the number of pockets. I am a crafter and I have items in every pocket.

My daughter bought this chair for her group home-when I went to visit I sat in that chair and I was sold----it was so comfortable. I went home and bought one myself--its now December 8 and the window of return was Sept 12, 2021 Admittidly I'm past that window. The bearings started to fall out of the chair along with a round jagged piece of metal. I was crushed for the price I thought it should last more then less then one year. 4 have dropped out so far. Each time I clean and move the chair another one falls out. I called the company and talked to a rep. He wasn't too concerned with my problem telling me I'd have to call Amaazon...I haven't yet and I guess I don't expect too much although Amazon has been fair with me in the past BUYER BEWARE recently my 2 year old Great Grandson was visiting me along with his Mom. She caught him putting one of these (these things that create the ability for the chair to move in a circular motion-----are what dropped out one at a time. the 2 year old was caught by his Mom putting one of these greasy things in his mouth.. The company rep told me it's not their problem since my year long warrnty is up----Don't we stand by our product any moreTook the problem to the company itself and we came to an exceptable solution

My brother uses a lazyboy. So overnight shipping, and arrived on time. Comfy, and i also laid a flat pillow cushion on the seat. Bam! Got me the highest end of low-cost recliner. Yeah, He was pretty darn happy. --I fell asleep on it last night. It isnt a lazyboy, ok? But it reclines almost flat. it looks nice, and---i did say at this price, you gotta love it.

The recliners are okay, when you want to open them up to lay down completely, they actually like bounce back. Its comfortable when sitting but not laying down. The Massager works okay, but a little loud. The heat mode works well.They are very easy to assemble, you get what you pay for..

I originally had the black version of the chair that was faux leather and it lasted me 5 years easily. I'm glad I switched to the gray chair. The material is comfortable and breathes better than the faux leather option. The chair is a bit stiff at first but reclining is still rather easy. My only complaint is that you can feel the spots where the massage spots are at. It does feel a little awkward but easy to forget after a few minutes in the chair. Definitely sticking with BCP when I need a new recliner.

Got this.Chair for my mom's 83rd birthday.She just loves it, she said it helps her with her back.She loves how it massages her.This is just the best gift ever wonderfully price.Just love it!

Bought this as a birthday gift and it is my dad's new favorite thing. It came really quick and the color pictured on the page is 100% accurate to the actual color which in my experience is rare. It was probably the easiest piece of furniture I have ever assembled. Literally clipping the pack onto the base. The material feels really good and the reclining action doesn't take too much force to activate. Also when you're done reclining, the foot rest folds in easily so if you don't have 100% strength in your legs it won't be a problem.
