I didn't know what to expect, I've never ordered anything like this before. And I was amazed by the quality of of this crystal portrait! It was just beautiful! I teared up a little seeing the picture of my mom with her mom and dad, my grandparents...Xoxox!! =) I can't wait to see my mom's face when she opens it on Christmas day! This was the first time I bought this 3d effect acrylic print & it turned out amazing with the quality, especially considering the price!  I emailed the seller after I submitted my order to make sure they receive the file correctly.  They responded quickly and professionally regarding specifications. I traded a couple of emails getting this to look the way I wanted. The end result is one of a kind keepsake which I know i'll treasure! Delivery was super prompt too. Buy with confidence. I 100% recommend this product!!

I downloaded a picture that was used for this and it did not fill out the acrylic block. There is 1/2 inch on each side that is just clear and it looks bad. I am very disappointed
