Yes, this will work with any scope that accepts 1.25" lenses.

Will this work with a orion XT6 reflector?

Yes it will work with any Telescope whether it be a Dobsonian, Reflector or Refractor. Keep in mind it's a 1.25" and not a 2" Barlow Lens.
