Hey all is this specifically for kittens as i have a skinny siamese 10 wk old which has a 6inch neck and 12inch middle tia

It’s not, my kitten is 3m old and the harness it’s a bit large despite him being larger than average kitten. I still use it and haven’t had issues with him escaping out of it.

If it doesn't fit can i exchange?

I've measured my 6 mnth old cat. She's tiny. The tape measure shows chest circumference is 13"...her brother is 15". This makes the med too small???

The harness fits my kitten perfectly. She wore it first when she was only 3 months old, she is 5 months old now, still fits very snug and safe and there is still a lot of room for growth. I’m very happy with this harness. Because it wraps around the chest the cat will have to get used to the strange feeling. It took mine about one and a half week. Be patient, it is worth it! I take her on walks in the park and she seems to love it.
