Yes, you use it as a first coat on bare nails, then use polish if you wish. I use it by itself sometimes to protect my nails snd give them a nice sheen between using polish.

Great product

I’ve been using this product for over 5 years. I’ve always had thin nails that were dry and split easily. After a month they were very much improved. After 5 years of chemo they are still not splitting. However you have to keep using it. It’s not a permanent fix.
