Great shakes whatever flavour you choose
I placed an order for one of each of the flavours Chocolate Banana & Strawberry, I was quite sceptical about starting to use shakes to improve my health.I have to say I love these shakes each of the flavours are great; the shakes when made with full milk are really nice and thick and mix well.I'm using a battery power shake mixer cup that does a great job of producing a really creamy smooth shake.If you do a 50/50 of milk and cold water from the fridge the consistency is as you would expect thinner and easier to drink in the go where as the full milk mix is nice and filling.5* from me 👍

While I didn’t lose much weight taking this, I put it down to my own fault & not the product.It mixes well & has a decent flavour. Wasn’t lumpy or bitty like others.Great price bracket too!

Banana is so, so bad
I liked the strawberry one but recently it had run out so took a risk that the mixed reviews for the banana one didn't matter. I like those foam banana sweets so surely it can't be that bad.I was wrong...They've managed to make it taste of sour banana... almost like really really green bananas with a horrible gritty aftertaste.Don't waste your money - wait for the strawberry to come back in or get something else.On the positive side you don't feel like eating for ages after drinking it as all you can think of is horrible bananas....

It works
This works and taste really good and it's on a good price, it's mixes so well too. And yes it does help you keep full. Iv tried the banana flavour, it's not too sweet just right.
