Does this work below freezing temperatures.?

Yes, these are the ones recommended by Sensor Push, which sells remote (internet access) temperature sensors, and the sensor can be placed in your refrigerator or freezer. I have one in the freezer (with this battery) to watch for power outages when I am away, and it has worked fine for the last year.

Are these delivered in Panasonic factory blister packs as shown in the product image?

Amazon asked me to answer this since I bought this item previously. But my purchase was from PremiumBatteries (for 9 bucks) and the current seller is listed as DIGITAL guys (for $14 bucks). Mine were in red Panasonic blister packs. The product page now shows blue packaging. I have pics and info in my Nov 2018 product review not sure how you find it, perhaps by my TooMuchTime profile name?). My guess is that there are multiple sellers and the reviews are pretty mixed up which is why some folks say they get Panasonic packaging and others get baggies of batteries. A bit of a mess that Amazon should try to clean up somehow.

Are these genuine Panasonic CR2477?

The batteries that I received came with the Panasonic label on the battery. It looks like the same battery like the one that I replaced on my motion sensors. The packaging also states Panasonic. The new batteries have been install for a month and no issue as of yet with them. Hope this is helpful.
