Heavy Duty White Tarp 6 OZ., 7'x20'

I am a Michigan State football season ticket holder and brave the weather rain/snow/sleet/shine to tailgate with friends/family. I decided to buy a small propane heater for cold November games but was struggling to find canopy walls for a 12 x 12 tent. I bought two of these and they worked great. I was able to wrap 3 sides entirely and part of the 4th side to create a doorway, using zip ties on each of the grommets to hold it up. It is a quality product and heavier than I expected, not like tissue paper. Great item and cost effective for what I used it for.

I use this as a ghetto carport. It's much more heavy-duty than the cheap blue tarps found at local dept stores. If it lasts more than 1 year in Hawaii's brutal sun I'll be happy. No water leaks through.

We bought this for a party because we had to remove trees that used to provide shade. This huge tarp covered out entire patio! It ended up raining but we stayed dry and later when the sun came out it kept us cool. My only concern is that the grommets have pulled very slightly away from the material. My husband, MacGyver, who can rig everything and anything, says they all do that, so we will keep it and use it for future parties. Just a note: he attached one side of the tarp to our house and we purchased 3 Coleman Steel Replacement Poles to use on the opposite side. They worked perfectly, with stakes, of course.

I bought this in anticipation of a rainy week promised by a weather forecast.The tarp ripped along one long seam on the first day of rain. The wind was under 12 mph. First went the grommets then the whole seam. (The edges are "strengthened" by a thin poly twine. See photos.) Major disappointment, as I had had a 6' x 20' tarp of the same brand for a year and it held up very well. So I decided to install a slightly bigger one as 6' x 20' did not quite cover the entire space that I wanted to protect from rain. As a result I got a major disaster: ruined furniture, etc.

No obvious tears or deterioration. Makeshift greenhouse covering, helps stabilize temperature while letting light through. Far better than plastic sheeting.

I needed a canopy on the side of my house to keep the sun and rain off my rowing dory and this tarp works perfectly especially because it lets light shine thru for good visibility and not darkening my living room.

Nice heavy duty tarp. Grommets are strong color is bright white. I used this as a backdrop for an outdoor Halloween display. Held up good after being outside for a month. Hopefully will last for years to come.

Worked fine to hang to block cold.
