This product was plugged into the wall outlet to charge. I plugged it in, the red light came on and it remained plugged in while I waited for the light to turn green. The light never turned green, instead the device melted and caught fire. The fire burned from the device out and spread to the entire wall, floor and everything around it. I heard a low noise but didn't recognize it as a half working smoke detector. I followed the sound and was shocked to see flames. Thank God I and was able to put out the fire on my own without calling the fire department but paid mightily in electrical and personal goods repair.

I have been looking for this battery for years and a charger too. Wow, I feel so happy. This is allowing the 1st digital camera that I absolutely love come back to life. 😊

Would have liked this if the battery actually fit the charger. Shouldn't be sold together. Perhaps a packer simply added the wrong product. Had to order it all again and wait longer. Not happy and too busy to have to hassel returning it.

Unit charged the battery one time then quit working. Very disappointing.
