You get what you pay for
I bought this just to flatten stitching and it is adequate for that, for now.The hammer head is poorly attached to the shaft. When you use it it wobbles and is shoddy. Since I am only lightly tapping thread it isn't a big deal. But this isn't the best cobbler's hammer out there.

Horrible product. Avoid at all costs.
If only I could leave zero stars. This hammer is likely the worst piece of trash I’ve ever bought. I started a return immediately on opening the package. For openers, the hammer is approximately 2/3 “normal” size. The handle was rough with a huge chunk missing from the end you hold. The face, which should be slightly rounded and smooth (to avoid leaving marks), was very rough and sharply formed. Further, the head was loosely attached with an ill-fitting wedge. One or a few good swings and I’m confident the head would have flown off the handle.Frankly, I’m beyond disappointed. I’m offended this seller would sell such a poor quality and potentially dangerous product.I recommend you avoid this hammer at all costs and highly scrutinize other products from this seller.

The head is loose and the quality is absolute garbage. I know you get what you pay for ...
Piece of junk. I should have paid attention to the other reviews. The head is loose and the quality is absolute garbage. I know you get what you pay for but for $22 it should be at least usable. I'm going to attempt to return this for a refund.

Does It's Job, Flimsy Built
Head is extremely loose. Hasn't fallen off yet but feels chinsy.
