Careless packaging, should be 5 but only 4 sent.
The product was advertised as a pack of 5, and the sealed plastic bag said pack of 5, but there were only 4 in the bag. A bit more practice with counting needed. Otherwise seems fine and good value.

NOT 3/4" diameter, but...
As a previous reviewer said - these are NOT 3/4" diameter. They are stamped with 3/4" but the diameter is definitely 1". HOWEVER, this is apparently a historic plumbing 'thing' and the 3/4" doesn't relate to the size of the washer but of the pipe. I wanted a washer for my bathroom tap so I believe I now need to by a 1/2" washer which would be about 15mm in diameter. Learning all the time!!!

Perfect sizing and a quality product.
I bought these to replenish my 3/4" washer stock.Cheaper than all the usual outlets.Note to others: these washers are for a 3/4" tap and are perfectly sized.If in doubt, take a look at your current washers.

Solid washers, BUT wrong size - do the manufacturers check the size when they make them?
I agree with an earlier review - although clearly embossed with 3/4" they actually measure 1", (See picture.), so are too big for the tap I am trying to repair. They seem adequate tap washers but are not the size they claim to be.I wonder what actual size the so-called 1/2" versions are? Maybe they would actually be 3/4".I shall try cutting one of these down with a Stanley knife, but I shouldn't have to do this.Possibly a complete waste of money - especially as there was a minimum order of two packets - a bit of a rip-off! Hence only 1 star.
