Great products
I bought this brackets because of it’s adjustability, modern look and sturdiness. It fits the style of the door handles of my house. It’s a little bit pricey compared to the other but not pricey for the quality and heaviness of what it is

Beautiful brackets, good customer service
The brackets are beautiful, solid and well made. Had a hiccup with one of the brackets. I got in touch with the vendor's customer service department and they made everything right. Great customer service.

Saddle adapter radius does not match
I ordered 4 of these. On the Amazon product page, in the description at the top says, "Suitable for round handrail of 1 1/2" to 1 3/4" diameter," but the product description further down the page says, "Saddle adapter for round top rail, compatiable for 1 1/2” - 2” diameter handrail [sic]". The images on the Amazon product page include a schematic diagram that shows the saddle adapter having a curvature radius of 1", which would match a handrail outer diameter of 2".When I received the products, they came with a different schematic diagram than the one on the Amazon product page. The schematic diagram included in the box says the radius of the saddle adapters is 21.2 mm, and this seems to be the actual radius of the curve. (My ability to measure it is probably +/- 5%, so I can say for sure the radius is a lot closer to 21.2 mm than 1 inch. 21.2 mm is the exact radius one would want if using a handrail of pipe with a nominal diameter of 1.25 inches (outer diameter 1.67 inches = 42.4 mm = 2 x 21.2 mm). So I changed my plan to use this pipe instead of the one I was planning to use.The point of all this is to complain that the Amazon product webpage contains inaccurate and contradictory information. The schematic diagram on the product webpage should be replaced with the one that actually ships with the product. I'd also suggest that both product descriptions be changed to recommend handrail outer diameters of 1.66 to 1.75 inches. 1.9 inches or 2 inches would probably work also, but there would be a gap between the saddle and the pipe, so it's not ideal. My last comment is that the main vertical support bar is only secured to the main horizontal support bar by the friction of two set screws. If those set screws work themselves loose over time, the vertical bar would slide freely down (or up) through the horizontal bar. In other words, handrail could suddenly slide straight down about 2 - 3 inches unexpectedly (or up and out altogether). If a person is expecting to be able to put their weight on the handrail, but when they grab it it falls 2-3 inches, that seems potentially unsafe. On the other hand, a single handrail will have several supports, and they shouldn't all become loose at the same time, so if one becomes loose, the others should pick up the slack and you can retighten the loose one before the handrail starts to slide. Another option would be to drill holes into the vertical support where the set screws are contacting it and replace the set screws with bolts, so they actually penetrate into the vertical support instead of just pressing on it.

Defective and unsafe
These are defective and are dangerous. The screws do not tighten at all and allow the handrail to detach from the wall. Luckily no one was seriously injured when this bracket failed on my stairs.
