Can I mix this with water and it will dilute evenly through the water to color it'?

Hi Danielle,Yes, AmeriColor Royal Blue Soft Gel Paste will mix and dilute evenly in water. But if you're using it only to color water, AmeriMist Royal Blue airbrush color would be easier and the result would be the same.Kind regards,AmeriColor Corp.

Can I use this for candy melts to make chocolate covered strawberries?

No, you cannot use these with chocolate. They are water/gel based. You need "candy colors" oil based to use with chocolate or candy melts. Or use candy melts, they are oil based.

With another brand the dark blue colors in icing stain the teeth. Do they all do this?

This will definitely stain. The color is. Veryy powerful and intense.

Beautiful Royal Blue — A Little Goes a Long Way

AmeriColor is a great brand and this Royal Blue works really well. It only takes a few drops to get a beautiful blue, so a bottle lasts a long time. I also really like that it doesn’t stain my skin the way some food colors do. I use food coloring regularly for cake decorating, and I’ve been very happy with this one.
