I absolutely love this waist trainer girl !!
I love this product so much. It gives me shape and posture! I love how It looks under my clothes too. Day two waist training, feeling confident. I sweat a lot around my stomach and waist while doing regular daily activities. It is a good waist trainer that gives amazing shape and also doesn’t feel like you are Stuck or restricted. It’s comfortable and also does not roll down or rise up. It fits right and gives a lot of support for your back. I’m happy I bought It. At first I bought the wrong size and was going to refund It. I ended up buying the other size up and loving how effective the product is and how much confident It is giving me to continue my weight loss goals, I will not ask for a refund anymore! I’m working my way down to a smaller size anyways!

It takes a few minutes to get used to the squeeze
I’ve used many waist trainers in the past.I was impressed by the quality of the Nebility waist trainer, especially considering the price. Overall it’s a little big. I got a size Med. I’m 5’7”, 165 lbs. However, because it’s a little big I can easily wear it over my leggings/ shirt and then cinch the velcro part.The velcro wrap is plenty tight enough once you cinch it on. Be forwarded… It takes a few minutes to adjust to the squeeze.I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It’s been very useful while I do my cardio and weight training.Waist trainers lesson your core strength over time and thus minimize the size of the core muscles. I use mine because I compete and I’m looking for a very specific aesthetic.@WellnessbySage

Good quality
I am on the fence with this one.Weight 135 lbs waist 32.5 I purchased a medium, I went on a viewers review.The trainer is comfortable before I add the Velcro belt, I usually wear a medium, figured it would be comfortable and firm. Maybe I have to adjust to it but for a medium it's tight with the belt, If I had purchased a large it would have been baggy. I feel the size chart should be adjusted. All in all fabric is nice and the delivery was very fast.

Sizing off
There are 2 different size charts, one under size guide and one in the photos of the product. They are VERY different sizings. I got a large and it was way too tight.I did actually buy this for pain relief but never used it for that purpose since the product doesn't fit.
