Out of the box,In ... to my laptop,Works beautifully.So much better than my 720p camera. Excellent autofocus, auto contrast adjustment, and picture clarity.No set-up. No faff. Great product. Excellent value for money.

Clear image
Unobtrusive win 10 device, delivered next day. My Granddaughter has used this successfully to work at home on home schooling using Microsoft Teams, it has video and good quality sound, quite inobtrusive, sited to the side it works extremely well.To work you need to have Microsoft camera app free to download. Good image steady and clear.

Very bad quality
The media could not be loaded. Rubbish quality pictures and I want to return it. I have attached picture and video to see rubbish quality.

I use the webcam for online darts, very clear. Great quality. A lot better than my hd Microsoft lifecam

Failed after less than four months
This webcam had poor picture quality from the beginning and then started flickering. Then the camera failed and I arranged to send the webcam back. A refund was issued very quickly but I was very annoyed that £4 was taken off my refund for postage. As I returned it because it was faulty I don't see why I cannot be refunded my whole order.

Works brilliantly - no complaints
We bought this webcam for our daughter for her online piano lessons. It has worked brilliantly so far and we even have managed to put it on the ceiling so her online teacher can see her play the piano keys from above. Very happy.
