Good enough if you are coming from basic OEM pedals. Found them to have less grip and surface area than my old Stamp 1’s however.

Fantastic pedals for the price. Pedal slipping occurs less frequently as compared to my manufacturer pedals. I don't know how much these weigh, but they are definitely lighter than the manufacturer pedals. Recommended upgrade.

These peddles measure 1.25 inches larger than my original peddles and the spikes are about 3/4 inch larger as far as footprint.The grip improvement is amazing. My foot always slipped off the original peddles at critical times slamming into my shins. No slippage with these so far. It’s like they are glued to my shoe.

Kidding, but the grip on these pedals are really nice and they come in assortment of colors. I’m a novice roadie and now a newbie mtb rider, so I wanted to get some nice grippy pedals without full sending to using clipless. I initially bought from similar price Stamp pedals but they had a ridge/convex profile that really prevented me from getting good grip on my pedals. Bought some 510s thinking they would be the difference, but still the same thing, no grip from the ridge.In come these pedals and let me tell you, the difference was night and day, it felt like my shoe was stuck to the pedal and it would be the same with sneakers too. As for shear related stress, these things won’t budge, vertical pressure is just a question of my skill and positioning but it was impressive to see how well these worked.The pedal size is perfect and I’m a Size 10 Male in shoes, I’m not an expert or anything but these do the trick for me!
