Plug and Play LED Headlight
This is your basic cheap import, plug and play, LED replacement headlight. there are a few different makes out there these days so how does this one stack up?* Style-wise, I do actually quite like the look of this light. While being very similar to other lights the little detail under the lens looks pretty good in my humble opinion.* Installation was extremely easy, simply loosing the retaining ring, pulling out and unplugging the OEM glass headlight and installing this by plugging it in, setting it in place and tightening the retaining ring. Easy-peasy.* Light output. As you can see from my pictures, at night it's pretty good though depending on angle, somewhat limited during day driving. This is my biggest concern.* Price/Value. About the same as other better known options, such as the Wisamic.* Durability. So far so good but the lens is plastic so I can only imagine it will need to be replaced at some point where this wouldn't be an issue with a glass lens.In summary, how does this light stack up? Installation and looks are great but when you compare light output to the best known option in this price class/category, the Wisamic, you are getting a light with a couple less light elements. Personally, if I was doing this over I would get the Wisamic just for the better daytime visibility but that doesn't mean that looks-wise, or going by ease-to-install, this isn't a good option.

It seems pretty middle-of-the-line as far as brightness and light-projection
This is the second LED light that I've installed on my 2009 Sportster and it was a little bit disappointed that it didn't shine further. The price is very reasonable, and if you're looking for a modest upgrade from the halogen bulb and you don't drive a lot at night, this should work fine.As far as the brightness, the field of vision is roughly 30 feet wide (six feet in front of the bike) which seems standard. But the part of the ground that becomes very viable is between 40 and 50 feet when the brights are on. It's not bad, but it doesn't give you a lot of time to make critical decisions if you stumble on a hazzard. Beyond 50' it just doesn't light up very dark streets. So it's fine, and it's functional, but I don't think it gives me great visibility at night. Admittedly it might be the model of my Sportster that has the bulb in a fixed position, but I don't feel like it works as well, or is as bright as I expected it to be.
