Great quality pasta
Very good quality pasta, the real deal. So much better quality wise than what you'd find in local stores. Slow dried al low temperatures, almost impossible to find in American supermarkets. We'll order again, highly recommend it.

Worth every penny! Actual wheat from Italy
I found this brand as I sought to find the best Italian pasta made with actual Italian wheat, and this is truly the best on the planet. It goes down so well and tastes delicious. It is worth the price!!!!!!! Always look for the ingredient “Italian durum semolina wheat”. That means it was actually grown in Italy. Many of us seek out pasta made in Italy because we’ve experienced first hand how much better it is to digest. No more bubble guts after eating spaghetti!! But what I never knew is that much of the pasta made in Italy is made with imported wheat, which can even be wheat grown in the US! And even though honestly that’s still better than the pasta made in the US, I knew there had to be something truly authentic available to buy online. I am grateful they make this available on Amazon.

The absolute best pasta!!
My husband and I purchased this pasta for the first time in the Italian region of Switzerland and were instantly addicted. The flavor and texture are amazing and it does not leave you feeling bloody like many store-bought pastas. Well worth the price and we buy anytime we can find it .

Very good pasta
Very good pasta. Cooks quickly (8 minutes) and has a good bite. Slightly rough texture allows for gripping the sauce well.

Light and tasty spaghetti
Nice taste, spaghetti strand are not too thick and starchy. And the color is right for pasta slow dried verses the yellow flash dried pasta. Makes a perfect spaghetti dinner.
