I spend hours every day on my laptop and phone, and my eyes used to feel so tired and strained by the evening. Since wearing these blue light glasses, I’ve noticed a huge difference — less eye fatigue, fewer headaches, and I even sleep better at night. The frames are lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day, and they actually look stylish too (I get compliments on them!). With working form home I've been doing a lot of computer then TV or games then computer. Some would say I should stop looking at screens so much and to them I say you're probably right but I don't wanna. Thankfully these great glasses were invented for this very reason. Initially I would feel a bit ill wearing them for a time but I just took them off when this happened and kept at it. Now I am able to wear them with no adverse affects and my slight headache will start to go away. Have really helped me pursue my passion of working and watching screens. The price is definitely worth it if you find yourself getting slight headaches after staring at a screen for too long.

Si bloquean la luz azul, pero no venía escrito que tenían aumento y no los puedo usar porque marean muchísimo, no los aguanté más de 1 min, están raros (ya los probó toda mi familia y piensan igual) tiene un aumento raro.. entonces pues no los puedo usar.
