I like everything about it! Firstly, the smell is delightful, sweet, and fruity.Secondly, the substance is thick and silky textured and stays in your palm while transferring to your hair (unlike gel or watered down shampoos).Thirdly, it suds up pretty well, depending on how dirty the hair is. I wash my hair at least twice to get it clean. I know my hair is clean when the shampoo gets really sudsy. Some shampoos don't even suds up.Fourthly, it rinses out well and leaves my hair smelling so good!The first time I used it, I did not finish with conditioner. I forgot to, lol. So when my hair dried, it was really soft and light and full of body! But was a little dry and frizzy (barely). So I added a spritz of leave in conditioner and that fixed it.☆I have very fine, straight, healthy hair.☆

makes your hair so soft
I would you like this product because when I am using it and makes my hair feel so soft while I am shampooing my hair. The liquid Looks more of like a gel like consistency but I don’t mind and the scent leaves a really nice smell on your hair as well. it’s really worth it

Pump top came broken off
The shampoo is great but the packaging could be improved because the pump top was broken off.

Great product, leaky package
Product is great! However. Bottle was leaking upon arrival. Thankfully I didn't lose much, but was still a mess.
