Are these re-usable or disposable, I've never used interdental brushes before and I have no idea?

Since I don't throw out my toothbrush after every use, I reuse these. But I do toss after 5 days. My procedure: Under running water, remove all loose debris. Place cleaned brush in small glass filled with Hydrogen Peroxide. Leave until next use. Repeat.

Not sure of the mm size but it's very thin and tapered. I haven't found anything that's thinner is diameter to go between my teeth.

Are they a one time use ? Or I could use them multiple times ?

You can use one, on average, something like five or ten times, before it either breaks off or else starts loosing bristles, at which time you should discard it. When using one, rinse it every few teeth, and then rinse it once more when done. Store it so that it'll dry before the next time you use it (so it doesn't grow bacteria). These things are GREAT! They're much quicker to use than dental floss, so you'll use them more often, and they'll do wonders for your gum health. (You should still floss sometimes, though.) I used to always get gently scolded when I went to the dentist: I needed to floss more. But when I started using these interdental brushes (and an Oral-B electric toothbrush), the scoldings stopped. Now I get praise! In fact, the dentist agreed that it would be okay for me to come for cleanings and checkups at 9 month intervals instead of 6 month intervals, because my teeth and gums are doing so well.

Can I use this instead of flossing?

That is why I got them. Just got braces and regular flossing is tough! Real flossing is better, but these are better than not at all.
