I bought this as a replacement for an older Gigaset phone of similar type that had developed a fault.The phone itself is well designed and easy to set up and use. The clarity of calls is very good, my elderly mother who is partially deaf is able to hear calls well, with the volume turned up!I looked at other brands but decided to stick with Gigaset due to familiarity with the user menu and set up, also the handsets are well designed and comfortable to use.Overall, I’m very happy with the phone.

Had this phone before and it worked well so bought again. Not keen on the grey colour. Looks a bit cheap but works OK.

Bought these to replace an old set of Gigaset phones that we’ve had for 15+ years. Had no problems setting up other than having to move TV to get to sockets and that’s certainly no fault of the phones. A bit of a laborious task listing phone no’s into the memory but that's also not the phones fault. No issues with sound volume or quality, turned up the volume on both phone and base set and found it way too loud, too loud to hold to your ear but there’s an easy answer to that. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase.

The current TOP Critical review states - on 10 January 2023 - "Apparently not compatible with my existing C430 cordless telephones which was my requirement." It is compatible with my C430A phones. I have just bought one to use with my C430A phones and it works perfectly. I had to register it manually and it took a few minutes. But it works fine and I'm really happy with it.

Great phones once you get them set up. Instructions could be better.

This phone does not have some of the advertised features - in particular there is no nano-sim slot. My 15 yr-old Philips SE635 handsets had this to allow importing of contacts from my mobile phone, obviously an arduous task, and from the info provided I was led to expect the same here (only need for landline is poor reception at home on most of the mobile networks). These are also not GAP capable, which is meant to be part of the DECT standard, so these are not fully DECT compliant, and consequently do not allow other handsets to pair with the base unit - I wanted to expand my existing set-up with this as the hub. Technology is meant to get better over time, yet this Gigaset has even less features and lower quality than my15 year old Philips SE635s - I can't even change colour wallpaper on it, whereas I can on the Philips (ok not the biggest crime in the world but shows how lame it is). On returning I am told in a cryptic email that they will not issue a refund "Because this item was sent to you in addition to the original order by mistake, we will not issue a refund.". There was nothing sent in addition. I ordered this set, received it and returned it. Will have to use Credit card section 75. Nice gift of time wasting over the Christmas Period, well done.

It's very easy to use , Just I have plug in electric and Wi-Fi ..It is working well, No need to set any registration( No answer phone) but seems the sound isn't lounging for people have had hearing problemed.Overall I am so impressed with this phone.

Ho acquistato due cordless Gigaset Famiglia Duo al prezzo di € 71,59 e mi sono stati consegnati nei tempi previsti. Aperto il pacco, faccio l'incredibile scoperta di trovare gli attacchi elettrici del tipo internazionale, così come anche il cavetto telefonico, come si può vedere nella foto, oltre al manuale delle istruzioni nella sola lingua inglese. Quindi il tutto NON idoneo per il mercato italiano.Specifico che, al momento dell'acquisto, il 26 marzo 2022, ed ancora oggi, non è assolutamente specificato sulla scheda prodotto, che i cordless sono per il mercato straniero e non per quello italiano.Se a tutto ciò aggiungiamo che il prodotto è aumentato di ben € 13,00 - e specifico che quando ho fatto l'ordine NON era in promozione, così come si dice dalle parti mie, alla beffa aggiungiamo il danno.NEGATIVO AL MASSIMO !!!!

Das Telefon ist für den deutschen Markt ohne Adapter nicht geeignet, da alles auf Englischen Standard ausgelegt ist (Strom und Telanschluss). Auch von Amazon sehr schwach, da hier gar nicht aufmerksam gemacht wird.Das Ganze lässt sich zwar leicht installieren, aber nur, wenn man geeignete Adapter hat für den Strom und den Anschluss an die Telefondose. Die Handteile lassen sich auf deutsch umstellen, die Basis aber nicht. Die Meldungen und die Standardansagen sind in Englisch

Das Telefom wird mit Anschlüssen die in Deutschland nicht passen ausgeliefert und dir Reture kostet über 25,00 €, aus meiner Sicht Betrug und das von Amazon.Hier ist eigentlich 1 Stern schon zuviel
