I can't believe it. Finally, a manufacturer who advertises the truth. Until buying the Eslite Life frying pans and grill pan with lids, I probably had spent over $500 on others I've had to scrub to clean and throw away after only a few uses. These frying pans are exactly as advertised, the color black has white specks in it and looks great. They are thick and solid enough, I know they won't warp like the others did, and the quality is of great value for the money. They work great on my induction stove, with even heat distribution, and nothing sticks to them. I used them for frying breakfast sausages, eggs, Italian sausages, bratwurst, and fettuccine Alfredo, and NOTHING burned or made it impossible to clean. A little Dawn and cold water with a sponge made clean up so easy that the pan was spotless before the hot water arrived in my kitchen sink. Bravo Eslite for your integrity in advertising and the highest quality of your products. It's greatly appreciated! (You need to make a very large sauce pot with lid for my homemade Sicilian meat sauce and meatballs, and a pasta pot with lid and either an insert or lid to drain it. Just sayin'!)

I’ve been using this pan daily for about three weeks, mostly for eggs, sautéed vegetables, and quick chicken dishes, and it has performed really well so far. What I like: Nonstick performance: Eggs slide right off with just a small amount of oil. Even heating: On a gas stove it heats evenly without hot spots. Comfortable handle: Stays cool and feels sturdy. Easy cleanup: A quick wipe with a paper towel or a gentle sponge is enough. Things to consider: The pan is a bit lighter than I expected, which I actually like for handling, but it may feel less substantial if you prefer heavier cookware. It’s not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is needed to protect the coating. Durability: After three weeks, no scratches or peeling, but I only use silicone or wooden utensils as recommended. Bottom line: If you want a nonstick pan for everyday cooking that’s easy to use and clean, this is a solid option. Time will tell on long-term durability, but so far I’m very happy with it.

This set of pans is the best pans I’ve ever owned in my life I’m 51!! Absolutely love them!! I love to cook but kept holding off on making things with my old pans, then bought these and my cooking love is renewed!!! Never sticks and food always comes out amazing! I look forward to cleaning them because they are so easy to clean!! It’s been 6months and they still in perfect condition. I always use to start my heat with oven little to high, but I’ve got better at that. Start at medium heat with these for longer. Everything else is great searing meat or chicken. Eggs ! 🍳 all stick free! The tops are a huge bonus too, no more oil residue splattering everywhere. Love 💕 love . Don’t hesitate buy them now!

Instructions for putting the handles on pan &lid could have been a bit clearer to understand, but overall happy with it so far. It was way past time to retire my old now teflonless, small pan. I like the size, look and ease of the nonstick surface.

Love this pan! Everything slides out no oil or cooking spray needed! I even accidentally forgot my cheese burgers and the cheese ran off the burgers into the pan I thought great this is gonna take forever to clean but nope the cheese slide out the pan no effort required. The cookie capacity is perfect the quality of this pan is amazing and the price was even better !

This is a nice set of pans, but be aware that the handles are plastic and the pans are therefore not oven safe without removing the handles beforehand. Also, we tried to reach out to the seller for an issue with the largest pan, which developed a spot where food was sticking and was difficult to clean. But the seller's contact form on their website threw an error message several times, so we had to reach out to Amazon customer service. They didn't know what else to do but to offer a full refund. Which isn't what we wanted, but it was either that or living with the issue. Estlite Life -- please fix your website and make it easier for your customers to reach out directly. Thank you!

This pan didn’t even last 6 months! I used it only to make eggs and cleaned with soap and water. Initially I thought it was because of hard water in our place but I tried cleaning it with vinegar to remove any buildup and that backfired spectacularly. Overrated, fake product. There is no visible damage or discoloration on the top layer and yet no amount of oil has prevented the food from sticking. I heat it to proper temperature and have tried everything from internet’s collective wisdom to make an egg on this. It just doesn’t work.

Returning the product In summary. 1. rough surface, with bumps of metal protounding 2. signifcant scratches back 3. brand was different than advertised (ES Lite pan was ordered, but Menjo was pan delivered) 4. Poor packaging. The price was much higher than other pans, but it's quality is worse than cheap pans.

In the past, I've purchased cheaper no stick pans only to find them warping from the heat or easily scratched. I've only had this pan one week but can already tell it's much heavier and easier to clean. I love the handle/lid material because it's a nice color and not slippery. More like a rubber feel to it. This seems like a good investment. Now my daughter and I can cook eggs much easier than on our All-Clad pans (which are expensive and so finicky to use because everything sticks if you don't get the exact right oil temperature). My husband asked us to stop using the All-Clad pans for eggs because they would stick so badly so I found this great solution.

Bought these under a year ago and I am disappointed. If using with Gas be careful the handles don’t over heat and split a piece off while cooking and don’t buy the nice white colour because they stain quickly and permanently. See photo.

Seems a little smaller than expected, but the height is good. The handle is very solid. I recommend this 100%
