The picture is cool, but I am disappointed in the quality of the pieces. When opening, there were already a few pieces that were 'crushed' and when working the puzzle, many of the pieces started to lift and separate. We ended up gluing them and it's not noticable. It's worth mentioning for comparison, some brands place section letters on the back; this is a cool feature and would have been appreciated on this puzzle as there are large sections that were all the same color. BUT, this is a nice picture and the family enjoys doing these kinds of things together. Since my adult daughters picked this one and wanted to start doing puzzle with their 'old' parents, I really do appreciate the puzzle.

Puzzle pieces were of a quality nature, they fit together well, and felt good, great colors. Full size poster made assembly easier. However the brand new product out of a sealed bag, had one piece missing, and two duplicate pieces (not even sure how you could get duplicate pieces when you cut a puzzle). They claim to offer a missing piece guarantee, however tried to request the piece on their website the get in touch button doesn't work. And the subscribe only gets you a place to sign up for emails. Tried the contact us form but didn't get any response after two weeks. Puzzle was returned to Amazon.

The first thing I noticed upon receiving this puzzle was how luxe it felt! At the beginning of the pandemic it was really hard for my friends and I find any type of puzzles. I managed to snatch up a boring boat puzzle at our local board game shop, but it was flimsy and nearly impossible to put together; we were on the hunt for a better option for our next gathering. Luckily a few weeks later I noticed this beautiful puzzle on amazon! The price point for this is very affordable, so I was very surprised by the quality. The printing is lush in color and the packaging feels extremely luxe. I also really love the little bonus of the gloss print out of the image as well! Can't wait to try the Waikiki puzzle next!

liked the high resolution photo. and the way the pieces felt. I enjoy puzzles with actual scenery vs illustrations. recommend!

I didn’t read the reviews as it’s a puzzle, so figured some would find it hard , some easy, and the scene is of my number one bucket list place to visit. Now reading the reviews after the fact, I wish I had. How is it even possible for a manufacturer to have missing pieces and extra pieces in the box? Multiple times, according to the reviews?? What a disappointment, not to mention frustration, at not being able to finish this puzzle! I would definitely not buy a puzzle from this company again. Buyer beware!

This was an easy puzzle to assemble due to the stark contrasts in the colors. The pieces fit well and almost snapped into place! I also liked the white backing.

Loved the puzzle. The theme was right on. Seeing the Northern Lights is on my bucket list. The pieces fit perfectly into each other but I had a couple of knobs that were bent even before starting... I would have given it 5 stars but I hate to start off with pieces already damaged.
