With the reformer headrest in the flat position, place the Head and Neck Support Pillow on top of the headrest with the thickest part nearest the carriage so the thick part will be under your neck. Secure the Head and Neck Support Pillow by slipping the elastic band around the headrest. Move the pillow toward you or away from you until it is comfortable.

A: Contact Stamina products.... they're very helpful. And I love the head support... totally makes a huge difference...

A: i have the 5 cord reformer sold on QVC and i purchased this headset.  It fits.  there is an elastic band in the back and you just slide it over.

**Q: will this fit on the jp 4500?**
A: Yes you should be able to use it on the jp 4500. It has an elastic on the back that you just slide over the headrest.
