They came beautifully packaged in a nice little box, individually wrapped in plastic bags. They are very sturdy and work perfectly in a nonstick skillet when greased with Pam. There was no leakage. The cute silicone mitt is too big to use with them but will probably prove useful for other things. I used either a clothespin or a binder clip to lift the rings off and dropped them right into sudsy water. When making pancakes I found that if you fill them too high the bottoms burned before the rings were ready to be lifted so I just used a little less batter.

Bought these so we could make Keto-friendly bunless egg "sandwiches" and they performed wonderfully. We first coated the inside of the rings with olive oil, then put them in our cast iron frying pan. We then put a dollop of butter in the middle of each ring and let the pan warm up and the butter melt. We then put an egg in each ring with some mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper and let the eggs cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.When they were done, we used a spatula to move the eggs to a plate and then just lifted the rings up and away with the silicone mitt that was included with the rings. Everything came out perfectly and rings were a breeze to clean up with a quick wipe in some soapy water.So glad we bought these, rather than something that uses Teflon. The stainless steel is much safer and healthier. Just make sure you prep them with oil and only add the food you're cooking after they get hot. Including the silicone mitt was very much appreciated.

Just what the cook wanted

Yep it stops your food from spreading out and makes it round. I use it for my breakfast egg sliders and they work great. Steal seams to be of good quality would recommend only hand washing. The little "handle" gets hot and is alittle awkward to hold. Over all nice product and makes my eggs round.

I have used eggs rings over the years. The rings I used had a Teflon coating that was to prevent sticking. From the start, these were not the greatest. These rings are great. I have been using them for two weeks. These are very easy to clean. I have cooked eggs, multiple recipes, and never had one stick. Also, with the pan I use, the egg does not run out of the bottom unless I am to close to the edge of the pan. I am impress with these rings and can say that I am happy that I bought them. BTW, I very rarely write reviews, but this is one that I can.
