I think these are the absolute best ankle socks I have ever purchased. I got this color and the lighter gray. Also got the wife a set too and she loves them. I love the fit and the comfort especially the added material cushion above the rear area. Also love the price as in past I have always order pairs from the TB company that are like $40 for set of 3. These are far superior in my opinion. In the past have always purchased in cotton. These I ordered in the blend and like much better. IF on the fence do not hesitate to try them!

I wear a women's 10.5 shoe and have a narrowish foot. The medium sized socks fit me perfectly--comfortable, adequate room in the toes, but no extra bulk along the sides and at the toe. I wore them on a hot sweaty day and my feet seemed to stay dry. The sox have a little padding, but not too much to affect the fit in the shoe. They're high enough that the sox don't slip down in the heel and only show about 1 inch above my New Balance shoes. They did not shrink after washing.

These soxs look good and are very comfortable. They are not too thin or too thick but perfect. The feel quality and a great value for the money. It's been a year since I bought them and so far no sign of thinning or holes.

The socks are comfortable but they are a little higher than ankle on my foot. They extend 1-2 inches above my shoe. My heel is resting in the right part of the sock and other wise the size is fine. There are two different shades of gray on this sock - it looks as pictured. Overall nice, just rises a little higher than I expected for an ankle sock.

I'm on my feet all day and have to wear a prescription brace on my right ankle that comes up to calf height. I wanted socks that were breathable but had some cushion for my feet. The problem for me was I hate wearing calf high socks but I had to for my brace. But I didn't want to wear a calf high sock on my other foot. So that meant I had to find 2 types of comfortable, breathable socks - one ankle height (my preference) and one calf height for my brace. I tried a couple other socks but none were as comfortable as these socks. AND they came in the two heights I needed with identical soles (I'm very sensitive to inequality and asymmetry when it comes to touch). I love these so much.The ankle high socks are so comfortable and even have a little extra padding at the back of the ankle where it hits the shoe. I am on my feet all day at work and my feet never get too hot or sweaty while wearing these.The calf high socks is just perfect for my prescription ankle brace. The sole is nice and thick with cushion but still breathable. But what really makes them perfect for my brace is the calf portion of the sock. It has enough gripping strength that I never have to stop and pull up my sock to cover the bare skin under the sides of my brace. But it's not so tight that I feel like I'm being cut into by the sock. The calf portion is also extremely breathable. I never feel hot and sweaty from the sock on my calf which is one of the reasons I usually hate calf socks. These socks are perfect in that they give me the protection I need from my brace, the comfort I need to be on my feet all day, and the breathability I need to not feel like I'm wearing two different style socks (though I totally am) or feel like I'm walking in a swamp in my shoes.I would highly recommend these socks to anyone looking for all day comfort and support from their socks. Especially those, like me, who wear prescription braces.

These socks are extremely comfortable & very sturdy! They lasted me *years*! I highly recommend them.I have plantar faciitis & Achilles tendonitis. I cannot say they helped that. Just very comfortable & durable.
