Tried to return this product immediately and it is not eligible for return? Product arrived unsealed, with no outer packaging. As soon as I tested it there was a foul, expired smell from the hair serum and whatever the contents it did nothing to my hair. Product is highly questionable.

I have bought this product many time's from M&S as Its great for my hair although not cheap. The bottle it comes in has the details printed onto the plastic bottle.The one ordered through Amazon has a stuck on label and the product is heavy and makes hair look greasy and not easy to blow dry . I will not oder again as I don't think this is the genuine article and feel I have wasted £30 . What was a treat is a real disappointment.

I have loved this product since I first bought some a few years ago. Once in a while I try something else (usually upon recommendation from a friend/family member) but I keep coming back to this. I have thin, fine hair that is often weighed down by products, but not with this one! Buyers: make sure you are buying the size you want. Best value for money is the 118ml bottle. I accidentally bought a smaller size in a different shaped bottle because the seller had put a picture of the bigger shaped bottle on their post, even though it said it was the smaller size, I was duped by the picture.

This product does exactly what it says. It achieves exactly what you want. Hair has more body and keeps its colour and density for much longer. I will never stop using it as long as it doesn't go out of stock!!

i love this cream. i’ve naturally frizzy hair, which is so horrible. This cream stops the frizz when dried straight or left to dry naturally. my hair stayed nicer for longer too. my hair doesn’t feel crispy or sticky like other hair products. lastly it smells gorgeous

This is my 3rd purchase of this product. I have long hair which can leave my hair flat on top but this treatment has put an end to flat. It slightly thickens, I do not really need this it defiantly lift my hair at the scalp and leaves it looking very healthy and smooth at the ends.
