I was fooled into thinking they were the regular size cutting pads because the title says "Sizzix Sidekick Accessory - Cutting Pads, Standard, 1 Pair". I took the word Standard to mean full size. They are NOT full size. The dimensions are: 2.7/8 X 5 1/8 X 1/8, so they are a little bigger than a large playing card. I have seen Stephanie Bernard use them in her Big Shot when running a small die through, but these were really made for the Sizzix Sidekick...a very small die cutting machine. Better to get these: Sizzix Accessory Cutting Pads, Standard, Watermelon They come in clear, mint, grape, and watermelon. The colored ones are much easier to find on your desk if you are messy like me. **Q: Do these work for the Sidekick 662535?** A: They are made for the SIDEKICK BUT it's with a BUT also for the thicker Sizzlits dies and similar thicker dies and metal embosser folders. SO these are not the regular thicker plates that usually come with the Sidekick sold today and that includes both Tim Holtz Sidekick or the regular Sizzix Sidekick machines. So if you need the regular ones that work well with thinlet dies and standard metal dies of other brands then you need to search for the aqua and smoke colored dies that are thicker by design and also made for the Sidekick. The thinner ones work with the older no longer made Sizzlits alphabet dies and shapes little square like thick plastic based backs and foam surround padding on due cut side. Some sizzlits are still made today like their Dazzle alphabet set and similar 9-12 squares but it also works with those BIG SHOT metal folding embossing plates used to stamp/emboss premade metal shapes like hearts, rounds, ovals etc. and often with a punched hole for adding to jewelry and key rings etc. So to answer your question YES these plates fir the Sidekick and they also work in all the larger machines like regular cutting plates for the same purpose. But being a little thinner they are designed to let people like me who have older sizzlits dies still use the Sidekick for years to come. If you are not familiar with the older dies and have none then do not buy these but search for the blue or aqua or smoke thicker ones. Read the bullet points too to make sure you are buying the right sizes and check images for additional info often like measurements to make sure you are buying the small ones or larger ones that you are searching for. **Q: Will these work with the new 2017 sidekick machine?** A: Do not work like the plates purchased with the Sidekick. Looks like there are different plate thicknesses. 1/8" thick is less than 4mm thickness. Look for 4mm. I purchased these thinking they would work. I have to shim it with chipboard for it to work. **Q: Will these also work in the sizzix sophisticut diecut machine?** A: I'm not familiar with the sizzix sophisticut machine.
