Una vez bien colocados, no se mueven ni se caen. Este "diseño" es raro y la primera vez cuesta un poco hacerse a la forma de colocarlo. En las ilustraciones de las instrucciones queda muy claro como deben quedar posicionados. En cuanto a la atenuación del sonido, a mi me parece que son ligeramente mejores que los tradicionales de cera (los de forma cónica de silicona ni los comento, para mi los peores en todos los sentidos). Cualquiera que use tapones debería darles una oportunidad. Review: Really like these earplugs. For years I have been running a fan in my room at night, it blocks out any noises from outside (dogs barking, car doors slamming, loud trucks on the main street which is 2 blocks away, people talking, etc.). Took my elderly mother's cat 5 months ago, his sleep patterns are much different from mine so he starts meowing every 2-3 hours throughout the night for attention (I leave plenty of food out for him so it's not because he is hungry). If he is meowing from downstairs I can't hear him with the earplugs in. If he is in the room I may hear him, but it sounds like he is far away. It has helped me get more sleep. Had tried the Macks Slim Fit Foam Earplugs, didn't like putting something that far into my ear, and then my ears would sometimes itch. The Silicone earplugs work much better for me.
