Only for using with a dehydrator. It's good book, lots of information. But this is only for dehydrating using a dehydrator. I was hoping to get information on also traditional ways of dehydration.

Es un libro completo y te ayuda mucho para aprender a sacarle partido a los vegetales y frutas, si le tengo que poner una pega seria que está en inglés y me resulta más dificil, el aprovecharlo, ojala estuviera la versión en español, pero da lo que pagas, es un buen libro

THIS is a Fantastic book. I have learned soooo much from reading this and there are so many recipes and how to on how to get started dehydrating. Then there are recipes to actually use what you have dehydrated. I bought this before I bought my dehydrator so that I could have a good idea of what I really needed and what was involved. This was a great investment. I refer to it several times a week as the produce comes in and am enjoying using the knowledge that someone else is sharing so that I don't have to try it blindly on my own. I recommend this if you are venturing into dehydrating. It is a good purchase.
