Fuel and Hydration
Needed to pump my carbs/hr. Skratch labs came recommended. I usually mix to 200gram per 24oz bottle (4 scoops). It has leveled my energy out on longer rides. I still supplement with Precision gel on harder rides to maintain my target. Taste is mild and there isn't any fatigue on long days. Mixing is learning curve, fill bottle about 1/3 add mix and shake like there is not tomorrow, fill bottle and shake again. You can also mix and leave in ref overnight. If you don't find a method, it creates floating hunks of gooey mix and you will be shaking it every time you drink. Not a big enough issue to not use, just takes a minute to figure out best method/

Godsend for those who are heat sensitive.
Flavor isnโt very strong and it doesnโt mix very thoroughly, but it works. I have issues in the heat after suffering from heat stroke twice in the army. I bought this for days that I race motorcycles and it was an absolute savior in the NC heat. Definitely recommend.

Clean fuel and no sugary taste
This is my new go to fuel for long workouts and races. Clean taste, easy to mix and sits well in my gut. Just ordered the lemon-lime.

Terrible Taste and Stomach Cramping
Disgusting. I did not like the taste at all. THEN on a big 160 mile bike ride, it gave me the worst stomach cramps I've ever had. So I quite drinking it immediately and was able to recover hours later. It was terrible. I threw the rest of the pouches away. It was thick, but soluble. For what I got out of it, it was way over priced, and definitely not worth it. Gross-

Great for athletes!
My husband was training for a 100 mile mountain bike ride and this brand was highly recommended by the place holding it. It tastes great and is perfect for those long rides when you cannot eat. It says one serving is up to 400 calories and when you are riding for 6+ hours, you need that (he usually has two water bottles of it). We love other Skratch products too.

Great Sustained Energy
Definitely a product to use when you donโt want GI issues for long distance Triathlon or hot weather hiking at Sedona! Easily digestible, sustained energy. My new go to!

Great concept, needs improvement
Great idea, I love the idea of this and have been using it in training for a few months. Iโve also used their new Clear product, which has the same Cluster Dextrin ingredient. Iโve emailed to ask how all of these โpro athletesโ use SuperFuel in real-world conditions - because I canโt see how I will be able to refill bottles during a race, given the process needed to mix this: add some water; add the product; shake vigorously; fill up with water; shake again. How do you do that during a bike ride or on a run during a triathlon?! I have GI and dietary issues so canโt rely on on-course nutrition. I need about 350-375 calories/hour, and I sweat 1290 mg sodium/hour - so I need calories, electrolytes, and water. Iโve tried one serving (7 scoops) and 8 scoops over two hours and itโs simply not enough for me. Yes, the product can still be clumpy or cloudy after mixing, as others have mentioned. If you let it sit for a bit, the product does completely dissolve (both Clear and SuperFuel). It settles great overnight in the fridge - no product visible at all. The flavor of the lemon lime is better for me than the raspberry. I donโt know what kind of raspberries they put in here, but it tastes awful to me - very tart and lots of citric acid-tasting. I usually mix the two flavors and also add either regular Skratch or the lemon Clear to balance out the flavor. It is VERY sticky. A bike mechanic told me to stop using it because of the amount of dried-on product on my bike frame and how hard it was to remove (he was concerned about my bike finish getting damaged by it). You get it on anything and it will dry - but it doesnโt come off easily. Right after mixing, itโs kind of syrupy and viscous - it doesnโt look appetizing. Clear comes in packets/individual serving sizes; SuperFuel doesnโt (hello, 7 scoops to a serving). Even if it did, the mixing would still be a challenge - but it would be easier than pre-measuring into snack-size ziplocs that I stuff in my jersey - and I can only fit 3 of them in a pocket because itโs a lot of product! I have an Ironman in a few weeks and have been working on figuring out how I will fuel on the bike and run. Iโm really struggling with how I can use this product in a real-world race situation. I hope they figure out a way to concentrate their Cluster Dextrin ingredient, perhaps offer it in a solid/chew, and modify it so itโs much easier to mix.

Superfuel is a game changer for me!
I have tried both the lemon lime and the raspberry. The lemon lime is better but it does not taste like their hydration mixes. I have started using this for my long workouts after a rough 70.3 in Oregon. I just can't stomach enough fuel to keep me going on the run. This has changed things for me! I only use half the amount so I am taking in about 150-200 calories per hr. (FYI, I am 5'2" 125 female athlete). I just did a RS of 1.4 mile swim, 70 mile bike and a 16 mile run leading up to my first Full and used about 1000 calories of just the superfuel and had no issues with bonking or stomaching any gels! The only additional item I used was a caffeine tablet right before the run. My only complaint is a bit of stickiness but not as bad as will gels. However, so worth it for the energy and simplicity. I don't have to carry any additional fuel outside of my water bottles!

Good formulation and easy to maker and drink
Dissolves in water. Taste is subtle not to overwhelm. Great balance of carbs and salts. Easily drinkable, no chalky taste. Good mix

Over priced Crap...buy gatorade
Crap...no power. That's why sugar was invented

Too much powder to make it work
It takes too much powder to make the drink correctly that you have to leave water out of the top of the bottle and shake it too much. Tabs would be better

Too expensive for what it is
Just get some Gatorade.

Wasted product due to not having a scoop
Did not come with a scoop, wasted so much by not having one to measure accurately
